We will not be held responsible for any schedule change by the airline or its impact on the existing and pre-booked package. Any cost difference for hotel extension or any additional service will be borne by the customer.
If there are any changes on Airlines or Hotel part due to operational reasons, the customer has to bear the cost difference as Airlines may change the routes/timings of their scheduled flights due to operational or unavoidable reasons.
The change in dates will attract re-quote.
Booking is Non-Refundable.
No Refund will be applicable if tour or any related service is cancelled due to Natural Calamities.
Booking is subject to cancellation if payment is not received before the given time limit.
Client has to pay the difference amount if there is any difference in the package amount while booking.
Booking will only be processed after receiving advance booking amount.
Booking will be considered finally confirmed when we receive confirmation from Hotel, Transfer, Tours or other 3rd party suppliers, and we provide you the confirmation in writing.
Alternate flight and hotel options will be provided in case of unavailability of the above suggested flights and hotels.
