Day 1 - 1st Day - (Saturday 30th May) : Guwahati Airport / Rly Station to Shillong - Transfer

Approx Distance: 100 Km � Est. Travel Time: 3 hrs

On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Shillong, which is also called the 'Scotland of the East". On the way visit a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills Umium Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening you can visit Police Bazaar by walk which is the biggest local market. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 2 - 2nd Day - (Sunday 31st May) : Shillong - Sightseeing with Laitlum & Mawphlang

After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion from Shillong to explore some of the most breath-taking natural and cultural attractions of Meghalaya. Begin with a visit to the enchanting Laitlum Canyon, literally meaning �End of the Hills,� where you will be greeted with spectacular views of rolling green hills blanketed in misty white clouds. Next, visit the picturesque Elephant Falls, a two-tier cascade where a mountain stream gracefully tumbles through fern-covered rocks into serene pools. Later, head to the mystical Mawphlang Sacred Forest, one of the largest sacred groves in Meghalaya, preserved for centuries by the local community under the belief that it is protected by deities. By evening, return to Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 3 - 3rd Day - (Monday 1st June) : Shillong - Local Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Don Bosco Museum (Sunday closed), Ward�s Lake, Botanical Garden (Closed on Sunday), Shillong Cathedral Church and Shillong Gold Couse. Evening is free for personal activities. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 4 - 4th Day - (Tuesday 2nd June) : Shillong to Cherrapunjee - Transfer and Sightseeing

Approx Distance: 60 Km � Est. Travel Time: 4 hrs

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. On the way enjoy Mawkdok Valley, Mawsmai Cave and Ramkrishna Mission (drive pass). On arrival at Cherrapunjee, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Note: Sohra (Cherrapunjee) & Dawki are rich by their own unique beauty & full of natural elegance. The places are paradise of nature lovers, explorers & travel enthusiastic. But these destinations are equipped with very limited options, facilities & basic amenities. Even best hotels are equivalent to basic 3*. That too without Fan (at few places), AC & Lift. Standard Accommodations over there are available; just with clean rooms, hygienic bathroom & basic non vegetarian food (very limited options are there for vegetarian guests).

Day 5 - 5th Day - (Wednesday 3rd June) : Cherrapunjee - Local Sightseeing

Get up early to enjoy the mesmerizing mornings of Cherrapunjee. Visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls (If Open), Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Garden of Cave and Thangkharang Park. Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Optional Activity - Proceed for a full day trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge (Closed on Sunday) at Nongriat Village. Need to trek approx. 3200 steps each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge (Closed on Sunday). We can further trek down to the Rainbow Falls which take about 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge (Closed on Sunday).

Day 6 - 6th Day - (Thursday 4th June) : Cherrapunjee to Guwahati - Transfer

Approx Distance: 160 Km � Est. Travel Time: 6 hrs

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Guwahati. Arrive and check in at hotel. In evening we suggest an optional tour of Golden Sunset Cruise on the Brahmaputra (Direct Payment by own). Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 7 - 7th Day - (Friday 5th June) : Guwahati - Local Sightseeing

After breakfast out to visit Kamakhya Temple (Timing: 08:00 A.M till 01:00 P.M & 3:00 P.M till its gets dark), Tirupati Balaji Temple, Nabagraha Temple, Assam State Museum (Closed on Monday), State Zoo cum Botanical Garden (Closed on Friday), Regional Science Centre and Sukreswar Temple (The 6th Jyotirlinga of Shiva). Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 8 - 8th Day - (Saturday 6th June) : Guwahati Hotel to Guwahati Airport / Rly Station - Drop

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.

• We will not be held responsible for any schedule change by the airline or its impact on the existing and pre-booked package. Any cost difference for hotel extension or any additional service will be borne by the customer.
• If there are any changes on Airlines or Hotel part due to operational reasons, the customer has to bear the cost difference as Airlines may change the routes/timings of their scheduled flights due to operational or unavoidable reasons.
• The change in dates will attract re-quote.
• Booking is Non-Refundable.
• No Refund will be applicable if tour or any related service is cancelled due to Natural Calamities.
• Booking is subject to cancellation if payment is not received before the given time limit.
• Client has to pay the difference amount if there is any difference in the package amount while booking.
• Booking will only be processed after receiving advance booking amount.
• Booking will be considered finally confirmed when we receive confirmation from Hotel, Transfer, Tours or other 3rd party suppliers, and we provide you the confirmation in writing.
• Alternate flight and hotel options will be provided in case of unavailability of the above suggested flights and hotels.
