The Night Safari is the world's first nocturnal zoo and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore. • We will not be held responsible for any schedule change by the airline or its impact on the existing and pre-booked package. Any cost difference for hotel extension or any additional service will be borne by the customer.
• If there are any changes on Airlines or Hotel part due to operational reasons, the customer has to bear the cost difference as Airlines may change the routes/timings of their scheduled flights due to operational or unavoidable reasons.
• The change in dates will attract re-quote.
• Booking is Non-Refundable.
• No Refund will be applicable if tour or any related service is cancelled due to Natural Calamities.
• Booking is subject to cancellation if payment is not received before the given time limit.
• Client has to pay the difference amount if there is any difference in the package amount while booking.
• Booking will only be processed after receiving advance booking amount.
• Booking will be considered finally confirmed when we receive confirmation from Hotel, Transfer, Tours or other 3rd party suppliers, and we provide you the confirmation in writing.
• Alternate flight and hotel options will be provided in case of unavailability of the above suggested flights and hotels.
