Rescheduling & Emergency Policy In the event of any of the following: Medical emergency of the guest or an immediate family member, Demise in the immediate family, Government-imposed lockdown, Travel restrictions or travel ban imposed by the Government, the amount paid by the guest will be converted into a travel credit, which can be utilized for a future booking. No rescheduling charges will be applicable in such cases. However, any fare difference, hotel rate difference, visa charges, or supplier-imposed cost increase at the time of rebooking shall be borne by the guest. The travel credit will be subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies and validity. Non-Refundable Components Certain services are booked under non-refundable promotional or special fares/rates. For such components, Credit Notes or refunds are generally not applicable as per the supplier's policy. However, in the exceptional circumstances mentioned above (medical emergency, demise, government lockdown, or travel ban), J Square Holidays will make its best efforts to request the concerned supplier to convert such non-refundable services into a Credit Note. The approval of such a request is solely at the discretion of the respective supplier, and J Square Holidays cannot guarantee the issuance of a Credit Note or refund for non-refundable bookings.
